WHY USE ULTRASONICS?
For the past 50 years, ultrasonics has been used in every industry that has critical parts cleaning requirements, including biomedical, dental, automotive,electronics, textile, and jewelry, to name a few. The cleaning and disinfection of S.C.B.A. AND related equipment is an excellent ultrasonic application. When ultrasonic energy is introduced into the Microcide SQ solution, cavitation occurs. This energy causes alternating patterns of high and low pressure phases. Microscopic bubbles form during the low pressure phase which violently implode during the high pressure phase. The cavitation creates an intense scrubbing action that results in unsurpassed cleaning. This process is many times more effective than hand washing with agitation and brushing. The small implosions created by ultrasonics will penetrate microscopic crevices, impossible to reach by hand, cleaning and disinfectin them thoroughly and consistently.
